Grandma Kraus' Sunday Morning Cinnamon Rolls

1 c Mashed potatoes
1 c potato water
1 c shortening
1 c sugar
2 pkg yeast dissolved in 1/4 c warm water 110-115 degrees
4 eggs
5 1/2 c flour
margarine
sugar and "Watkins" cinnamon
(I looked this up. It is Saigon cinnamon. Watkins cinnamon can be purchased on Amazon, if you're a purest.)

Mash potatoes.
Mix potatoes, hot potato water, shortening and sugar together.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in.
Add flour and kneed.
Let rise.
Roll out dough.
Spread margarine.
Sprinkle with sugar and "Watkins" cinnamon.
Roll up, cut and bake.
400 degrees

This is what is written down. Other than a variance in proportions, I found the same recipe on Allrecipes and it has better details on the prep and cooking.
